Monument RV Resort offers a variety of accommodations to fit every lifestyle, from 95-foot pull-thrus for your big rig to tent sites and comfortable cabins. We have easy on and off access to I-70, yet we are located far enough away that you won’t hear freeway noise.

Not only are we the closest full-service RV Park to Colorado National Monument, we are right across the street from James R. Robb State Park. The park has access to the Colorado River, a swim beach and fishing lake.

	Mike the Headless Chicken Festival - June Celebrate the Annual Mike the Headless Chicken Festival in May, in Fruita, Colorado. This festival is dedicated to the amazing story of one chicken’s will to live. Events such as a 5k run, disc golf tournament, wing and peep eating contests, live music, delicious food and artisan booths make this a weekend to remember.
	Country Jam - June Four days of performances by country music's biggest stars in Grand Junction, Colorado. A Western Colorado tradition. 125,000 country music fans enjoying the heat, the sounds and each other. It's all part of Country Jam USA in Grand Junction.
	Fruita Farmers Market - June-September The Fruita Farmers Market will be held every Saturday from June to September at the Fruita Civic Center from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM. Please join us for some “Saturday Fun” featuring fresh produce, hand made crafts from local artisans, and live music entertainment.
	Palasaide Peach Festival - August Admission includes access to our vendors, live music and entertainment on the Peach Jam stage. Included are the FREE children’s activities at Jake’s Jungle, a Pitch a Pit game, Peach Cuisine demonstrations, Peach Pit Bar, the now famous bag jump, children’s rides $$ and of course live entertainment by the wonderful bands being booked for Peach Jam.
	Colorado Mountain Winefest - September The annual Colorado Mountain Winefest presented by Alpine returns to Riverbend Park in Palisade, CO. The "Festival in the Park" takes place in September and is the state's largest and oldest wine festival featuring dozens of Colorado wineries, live music, a grape stomp, and more....
	Rimrock Rodeo Tuesdays all summer from June - Aug and the Grand Finale will be Sep. \| $10 per person, Ages 10 and under are free. \| The evening kicks off with Slack at 4:30 then Mutton Bustin' at 7:00 PM and the Grand March starts at 7:30 PM.
	Fruita Fall Festival - September One of Colorado's longest running Festivals. For over 100 years this festival has kept attendees happy with good music, great food and interesting artisans. A 3-day event designed for people of all ages. Rides, a Saturday parade and over 150 booths/vendors.
	Rim Rock Marathon - November The Rim Rock Marathon is a 26-mile point-to-point marathon along Rim Rock Drive, starting at east entrance on Monument Road, through the Colorado National Monument, to the finish line at James M. Robb Colorado River State Park. Spectators, friends & families asked to meet participants at the State Park where music and food vendors will be located. See website for details and registration
	Hometown Christmas & Parade of Lights - December Christmas arts and crafts fair aand a parade of lights at dusk.
